ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

Company Agenda
We will provide the necessary tools to position independent artists for musical career success. We will host events that will allow artists to socialize, network, perform and more. We will introduce artists to industry protocol and industry standards for their music career. We will partner with JBM Music Division Agency for music marketing connections and Axcess Agency for more advanced artists. We will make recommendations to our artist and our artists will give feedback. After goal setting, we will set up a plan of action for artists to execute within their agreement.

Artist Agenda
6-Month Agreement
Customized for each individual. Will include:
  • at least 1 out of state blast (music or likeness)
  • Guidance
  • 1 single released under The Code Records LLC, artists keep 100% of royalties.
12- Month Agreement
Customized for each individual. Will include:
  • at least 2 out of state blast (music or likeness)
  • Guidance
  • 2 singles released under The Code Records LLC, artists keep 100% of royalties.
  • FREE PRESS KIT
  • Featured on The Code Records Website
  • Music Interview blog post

Cost
It is absolutely FREE to enter into our Artist Development Agreement if you are selected.
If you decide you no longer want to be developed after your 30 day grace period, there is a $100 fee to discontinue. 
You will be invoiced, and if the invoice is not paid, it will be sent to a collector. 

Artist Requirements
Artist are required to:
  • Check in once a week
  • Attend monthly team meetings (virtual or in person)
  • Make 1 minimum financial music investment per month (purchase a recommended solution from your plan)
  • Be committed to your development 
  • Follow through your plan

Plans
Our plans are custom and broken down into Quarters. 
Q1- Jan, Feb, March, April
Q2- May, June, July, August
Q3 - September, October, November, December

Work-flow:
  • Day 1:
Artists will speak with an advisor to determine goals, and create a plan of action. 
It usually takes 3-7 days from initial conversation to come up with a plan. 
  • Day 4-5:
    Artists will speak with an advisor to go over plans, add suggestions, take-aways and come to an understanding.After the plan is finalized, the artist will begin taking action and check in weekly for plan updates. Artists will be educated and more.
